Saturday morning, I was quoted $800 for "necessary" maintenance that I really don't need or could do myself much cheaper rate air and cabin filters, wipers replacements, and a brake flush for a closed system, and quoted $1800 on a tire set, for coming in with a tire that was flat from a large bolt. The patch they did on Saturday came off today on the interstate and left me stranded at a another dealership by luck. I had a warranty to replace or patch the tire but opted to patch it but they weren't sure it it would hold on Saturday. This took time out of my work day and my friend's time and mileage to get me back and forth to the vehicle. It was a quick fix that cost me more trouble than getting a new tire thru the warranty. I'm not happy with this situation.

Was in the shop for a week after check engine light came on, drove it for 20 miles check engine light came back on. Called the service Lady told her the problem she said let me call you back. She called back said she spoke with mechanic and told him light was back on. She told me to bring it back he may have swapped some wires around to the wrong spot. Took it back light was cleared. Third time light came back on and still wants me to bring it back for a third time.

Went in for first oil change and had complaint about wind noise from front passenger door. I waited for 3 1/2 hours while technicians worked on door problem and made some adjustments. After all that time I still have the wind noise and I was told they drove another 2025 Equinox and heard the same noise. I had to tell my wife the noise comes with every new Chevy !!!! I cannot print what was said after that.

The dealership was very friendly and outgoing. They made a very difficult situation bearable. The lifters in my truck broke while driving down the highway. I was 3 hours from home. The service shop was able to get me in quickly. Once it was obvious the problem was catastrophic I began working with the sales team. They to were very friendly and helpful. The team was very fair with my trade in given the circumstances. I was very pleased with the both departments.

Disappointed that both times they have serviced the truck the tire pressures have been incorrectly set…first time tires were adjusted they were set at 75lbs all four tires… my truck calls for 60lbs front and 80lbs rear…I made them aware of that this visit…This time they were set reversed 80 front 60 back… it was corrected after I made them aware of the incorrect settings…This concerns me on how correct other items are done.

I purchased a 2025 Chevy Trax a little over a week ago and it had (5) miles on it. By the time I got to around (50) miles the check engine light came on. I took it back to the dealership and they ran the vehicle through their (GDS) Global Diagnostic System. After they ran my car through their diagnostics it determined that they will have to order parts for my brand new vehicle to replace three fuel injectors on bank one. They told me it was ok to drive home and as needed untill the parts came in and they could fix my faulty brand new car. After taking it home about 5 days later it started to show signs of the defect by lagging and the riggedness you can feel when excellorating. I looked up what will happen if I drove my brand new vehicle with said problems and it told me i should not drive it, it can cause further damage and gave me an entire list of reasons why it’s not safe or smart to drive. I feel like I never should have been told it’s ok to continue driving untill fixed. And after further investigation on my part this is an ongoing issue Chevy has been having with this car. I went from being happy to have bought a new vehicle to wishing I never went there! I never should have been told it’s ok to continue driving by Certified mechanics!

I came in to have tires replaced. I ordered Firestone tires bc that's what was on my car originally. When I got home I saw that I had gotten Goodyear tires which is NOT what I ordered. I wanted the same tires I already had. I also told them the driver side back tire was bad. The following day, the tire I told them was bad started losing air daily. I ended up going to Goodyear to have 2 new tires replaced on back. Not feeling confident in service anymore!

I recently got my brand-new 2025 Chevy Silverado 2500 service at this dealership. While in the waiting room of the service department, there was a “customer relations representative” trying to convince anyone that walked in to trade their vehicle in. He walked up to me to try to convince me to trade in my brand-new truck, asked me where I bought it from, and what I did for a living. He proceeded to ask if I was ready to get into something new after telling him I just bought this truck not even 5 months ago. Not to mention that someone else from the service department came out to try and sell me things that I did not need for my truck. After all of the shenanigans in the service department waiting room, my truck was finally done, and I checked out and left. Minutes down the road, I noticed that they left my entire glove box in the floorboard of my passenger seat, along with a dirty cabin filter in the front seat. I immediately turned around and went back to the service department, and they put the old filter back in and fixed my glove box. It definitely makes me wonder what else they left unfinished when servicing my vehicle. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

My car-buying experience at Hubler Shelbyville left much to be desired. After submitting an online inquiry about a 2026 Equinox, I was promptly contacted on September 22 by a salesperson named Devin Rubles. He was enthusiastic, communicative, and proactive—he asked his manager to call another Hubler location to request a transfer of the specific Equinox I was interested in test driving. I made it clear from the start that I was a GM buyer, would not be trading in a vehicle, and planned to make a sizable down payment. We scheduled a test drive, and the dealership confirmed the appointment. However, when I arrived, Devin—clearly surprised himself—informed me that the vehicle I had requested to be transferred had already been sold. I was understandably disappointed, especially since I had requested that exact vehicle due to its specific features and had come to the dealership expecting to see it. To his credit, Devin remained eager to help. He offered a different Equinox on-site for a test drive and also encouraged me to drive a 2026 Trailblazer to compare. Afterward, I sat down with him to outline exactly what I was looking for in an Equinox. I even asked about a potential dealer trade for a vehicle outside the Hubler network, but Devin explained that only a manager could handle that—and unfortunately, no managers were available at the time, which was also disappointing. Devin did promise to check the in-transit inventory across his network to see if anything matched my criteria. A few days later, I returned to the Shelbyville lot, where Devin had arranged for another 2026 Equinox to be transferred from Indianapolis for me to inspect. While it was close to what I wanted, it still didn’t check all the boxes. I then provided Devin with a VIN for an in-transit vehicle I had found on the dealership’s website that appeared to match my wishlist. I was ready to place a down payment immediately to ensure first right of refusal upon its arrival. Devin again had to consult management to confirm the vehicle's availability and whether it could be transferred once delivered. Approximately, 30 minutes later, I was informed the vehicle was in transit via truck, expected to arrive within a few days. I placed a $13,000 down payment to secure it. Roughly three days later, I noticed the vehicle had been assigned a stock number online, so I reached out to Devin. He said he’d look into where the car was in the inspection process, but again, he had to rely on a manager to get that information. Four days later—over a week since my down payment—and almost a month from the start of this process, after expressing my growing frustration, the vehicle finally arrived on the Shelbyville lot. I did end up purchasing the vehicle, largely because I liked working with Devin Rubles. He’s hardworking, responsive, and genuinely tried to make things right. However, it’s clear he had little to no decision-making authority. It’s frustrating to work with a salesperson who has to defer to management for every step in the process. Why have salespeople on the floor if they’re unable to execute even basic aspects of the sale without constant managerial involvement?

One of the best, if not the best, car shopping experiences I've had. I contacted the dealership to verify a vehicle on their lot, which they did have, and we settled on a price. I could not get to the dealership until about a 45 minutes before closing. The salesman and financial officer stayed late so we could get everything completed. There was no hassle, no sales pressure, no additional cost added in. Micheal and James was great.

I ordered a truck with specific features and when the truck showed up it was missing a couple features. Casey and Tom did an excellent job but I guess when building the truck these features were not available. Other than that the truck is amazing! Features missing: tailgate assist, 5th wheel hookup, and sunroof.
